3. Architect Specifications for Maximo Solution - Understand the range of offerings of Maximo. Able to evaluate the appropriateness of using IBM Maximo to address business and system needs. 4. Architect Solutions using Tivoli Maximo - Understand the range of offerings for Tivoli Maximo. Able to evaluate the appropriateness of using Tivoli Maximo for Asset and IT Management, Service Desk support, and vertical industry asset management like energy, parts, facilities, etc. Address solution integration needs applying concepts of the Maximo Enterprise Adaptor (MEA) and other interfaces. Capable of discussing features, functions, benefits, installation, implementation, customization, development and solution integration requirements. Understand concept of item, ticket, asset, record interchange, databases and data interchange.

5. Support IBM Maximo Solution Enablement - Provide integration enablement assistance including IBM Maximo installation, configuration,and application of industry verticals. Configure supporting products like DB2, WebSphere, IBM HTTP, operating system, networking and hardware systems. Setup item classifications, locations, assets, resources, interchange interfaces, groups and users. Programming assistance for the Maximo Enterprise Adaptor solution integration interface using scripts, XML, files, Java, web services, and others.

6. Need to work with SAP FA & International Distribution Data Exchange (IDDE) (but not limited to these systems) architect/SMEs to solution interfaces between Maximo and those systems.

7. Need to lead the project through the IBM Architecture Review Board as part of the Business Transformation Management System process.

Prerequisite:

1. Degree in computer science or equivalent with minimum of 3 years experience in application architecture & development.

2. Minimum 2+ years of working experience in IBM Maximo implementation.

3. Minimum of 1 project experience using Agile development.

4. 2+ years of working knowledge in RDBMS such as IBM DB2.

5. Knowledge of AIX administration.

6. Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.

7. Be able to join within 3 weeks.

8. Experience in inventory management.

9. Good understanding of business transformation, business processes and IT delivery.

10. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate with stakeholders, clients and technical team.

11. Excellent teamwork and ability to lead a team of 5 to 10 members.

Product Modeling position encompasses development of System X sales configurator, particularly in enforcing engineering rules both on the server and solution level. Candidates will initially be involved in delivering new server models and maintaining the existing ones and possibly move on to the development of the configurator framework. Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design and ability to write SQL script is required. Good understanding of computer hardware products will be an added advantage. Qualified individuals must be self directed, organized, fast at picking up new knowledge and concepts.
